Bridget's Mindfulness
Bridget is a Breathworks accredited mindfulness teacher. She stumbled upon mindfulness when she was suffering from anxiety and depression and found that it helped in a long-lasting way that other interventions hadn't. She realised that the more she practiced, the better able to cope with life’s ups and downs she became. Once hooked, she decided to train to teach mindfulness, and now enjoys sharing the skills and techniques it equips us with.
Bridget also loves working collaboratively with Pilates and Yoga teachers, offering classes and workshops that take
care of the mind and the body.
When not sitting with her eyes closed (not as much as you’d think) or teaching other people how to sit with their eyes closed, she works as a graphic designer.
