Abi attended The Arts Educational School, London where her studies in Art, Dance and Theatre, sparked a love of movement and a fascination with the human form. She continued to nurture this at University, where alongside her English Degree she worked as a Nike rep and qualified as a group exercise instructor. On graduating she trained and certified with STOTT® Pilates in London but is now influenced by a range of different Pilates methods and Movement practices.
Abi is an engaging instructor, skilled in tailoring sessions to client’s anatomical and personal needs and prides herself on delivering friendly, accessible teaching to a diverse clientele.
