Mel is 52 and a Mum of two teenagers. She is a level 3 personal trainer and triathlon coach. A passionate triathlete who has competed as an age group triathlete for Great Britain at several European and World Championships. She loves nothing more than helping others to share her passion for exercise and being the best, they can, no matter what age you are.
